Please join a new league, the "Franchise 'TOP 12' Shootout!"

Here's the premise: Using Baseball-Reference.com as a source, this league is restricted to the TOP 12 Franchises of all time, based on winning percentage!

There will be two of each franchise, and in the league alignment they will be separated.

To jazz it up a bit, here are some specific rules for this league - just to make it more interesting and competitive:

Salary Cap: $140M
Years: Each player must be from a different year, and obviously from a year with the given franchise
Player Salary: ALL players must be a minimum $500K (no $200K fillers!)
DH - YES!
AAA - NO!
Clones - NO!
Stadium - Any stadium from your franchise's history

And now, here are the "TOP 12" Franchises. You may pick players from any of the teams in the franchise's official lineage (i.e. Atlanta Braves include the Milwaukee Braves, Boston Braves, Boston Bees, Boston Rustlers, Boston Doves, Boston Beaneaters, and Boston Red Stockings!)
