Quick Synopsis of the EOL:
50 mil cap, no rooks, clones or waiver wire
Franchise draft with a player twist; random draft order
You may use any season of a player that appeared in at least one game for the franchise.
The 50 mil cap makes every team competitive.

Please note:  CHAUNCEY BILLUPS never played a minute for the Magic, despite what the WIS database says.


No changes to how theyard2, felonius, ashamael and arvidjosef  have run this great league in the past.




Rules

1.) DRAFT a franchise.  We will use the NY Lottery to determine draft order.  You may use any player who appeared in at least one game on a team in the history of the franchise.  You may then Twist that player and use any season you like.  Use this as your guide:

2.) Use an arena from your franchise.
3.) $50 mil cap
4.) No clones
5.) No rookies
6.) Must use a team name in franchise history. Keep it simple, EX: Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Clippers, New York Nets.
