This is fun. It made me realize (1) how relatively weak my frontcourts are, and (2) how much my recent CG run at Shenandoah was fueled by team effort and not star power.
Well, I guess if my backcourts are stronger, I might as well play to my strengths. Eight guards, four posts! I'd go with this lineup for D3 (hyperlinks at the primary position):
PG
Jeff Thurlow (Shenandoah)
Ray Hone (Dallas)
Carl Olson (Maryville)
Glen Hindman (Dallas)
SG
Carl Olson (Maryville)
Glen Hindman (Dallas)
Larry Ferguson (Maryville)
David Sepe (Greensboro)
SF
Richard Shepherd (Dallas)
Mark Truesdell (Shenandoah)
David Sepe (Greensboro)
Larry Ferguson (Maryville)
PF
Bobby Harris (Greensboro)
Steve Gizinski (Shenandoah)
William Hucks (Shenandoah)
Mark Truesdell (Shenandoah)
C
Steve Gizinski (Shenandoah)
William Hucks (Shenandoah)
David Burke (Maryville)
Bobby Harris (Greensboro)
This lineup takes at least two guys from all of my D3 teams, but no more than four guys from any of them. Balance!
Definitely going press with this group to take advantage of a jaw-dropping 11 players with SPD of 40+, including three with SPD of 88+. With DEF ratings ranging from 53 to 83 and athleticism from 52 to 72, I may not have a true stopper for a man-to-man defense, but I have a bunch of speedy athletes who can defend in a press. I'm tempted to run flex on offense to let guys like Olson (89 PER), Ferguson (88 PER) and Sepe (93 PER) bomb away, but I think I'll actually run FB. The two-deep in the backcourt includes four players with FT of B+ or better, and I only have two players in the whole team (both big men) with FT below C+. Plus I have the aforementioned speedy athletes, and I have two guards with SPD of 80+ and LP of 60+, so they can get to the hole.
For an all-star team, my frontcourt is not very athletic, although Bobby Harris can score with the best of them, but running FB/FCP, I'd take this team against anybody in any D3 world I've ever played in. I'm sure there are other coaches who can churn out an all-star team that would beat my boys, but I'll wager it's not many.

I typed this whole thing out before noticing your class limit thing. I'm not going to redo everything, but with class limits, I'd probably swap out Shepherd (SF), Hucks (C), and Truesdell (SF) and replace them with
Moss (SF, Shenandoah),
Benkowski (SF, Dallas), and
Love (C, Dallas). Keeping that filthy backcourt intact!
