Five season progressive league. Players drafted from any season from 67-68 to 13-14.

Players can be drafted from any season so if you draft a player he's your exclusive. You can start using his seasons anytime in his career, but they must be used consecutively. player one: 70-71/71-72/73-74. player 2, 86-87/87-88/88-89 etc. 

If a player is dropped, he is then blacklisted from future league drafts.

Random snake draft for 1st draft only, 1-24, 24-1 etc. Future drafts to fill out rosters for dropped players in reverse order of standings. Bottom 6 in draft standings decided by random draft lottery.

Players that have less than 20 real life games can be put on IR until their next available season. No limit on IR.

Team names are up to you. 

$40 WIS credits awarded to team with most regular season points at the end of 5 seasons.

Yes, that's correct. Instead of having the same seasons for a player for all WIS seasons, we'd move up one player season every season.

If a player is dropped, he is then blacklisted from the league. One thing I'm not sure about, is how many players might be dropped after season one, because of the vast amount of talent available.

a couple quick question-they'll be a keeper list after each of the first 4 seasons. all players dropped are blacklisted. then you draft to fill your holes. correct? do players with missing seasons (less than 20 games) advance to the next available season or is there an IR list? snake draft with random lottery deciding on round 1 order? (1-28, 28-1....) thanks. bp

Yes, a keeper roster after each of the 1st 4 seasons. All players dropped are blacklisted, must draft others.

Players with less than 20 games can be put on IR. snake draft for 1st draft only, then in reverse order of standings, wiyh a draft lottery for bottom 6.
