hello playoff rosters are going to be set in the next few cycles. I have a guy on 60 DL who will be ready to come back during playoffs how can I make sure that he is eligible for playoff roster?

If he was on your BL team at the time of injury, he will still be on the 40.   Once he's eligible to come off the DL, you can add him to the playoff roster between series. 

If I remember correctly, in real-life MLB, adding a guy to 15-day DL opens a 25-man roster spot (but not 40-man), while transferring a guy to the 60-day DL also clears a 40-man spot. Interested to see how this plays out for you, but my initial thought on this is that the guy you are referring to should have been added to the 15-day DL instead of the 60-day DL to preserve his 40-man spot.

He has been out for 150 days

Not yet playoffs are just about to start and his injury had 10 days I will keep you posted

Did anyone ever confirm this?? I have a player on the 60DL and roster expansion is tomorrow AM. Since he's technically not on my 40man (he was in the Majors prior to sustaining the injury, but 60day removes from 40man) will he be playoff eligible once removed from DL?

He will.

You've got 2 guys on the 60DL. If you pull up both of their profiles, they show as still being on the 40.

While putting a guy on the 60DL looks and acts like it removes him from the 40, what it really does under the covers is expand your 40 to 41 (or 42 in your case, since you've got two guys on the 60DL).

You should be good when he's eligible to come off the DL. As others have said, you'll only be able to add him to a playoff roster in between series.
