Technically, nothing prevents the people with only a single franchise from picking the Whales (although they wouldn't see any usable benefit themselves other than dougpalm for selecting that franchise as their second one) that would prevent mpitt76 from declaring them his 6th pick now.

Going into this I didn't think I'd need to worry about salary cap with $110, but that's exactly what my problem is now.  I'm going to need to remove some of the higher salary guys to get 25 players and have anything close to balance.
