The 17th Derby City Classic will take place at Louisville, Kentucky. 

Five schools join host Bellarmine to compete for the Black Diamond Trophy. It  features  a horseshoe carved from genuine Kentucky coal by  Kentucky  coal crafter Alvin Powell.

 Presenting the trophy to the winning team will be the family of  Evelyn West from Elroy, KY.  This WWII pin-up girl was  known as the Hubba-Hubba Girl. She tried to legally change her name to Evelyn “$50,000 Treasure Chest”.  With her 39 ½” chest, she appeared, scantly clad, in the 1947 film “A Night at the Follies” and quipped onscreen, “I know you’re looking at my shoes.”
