It think it will be fun to have this draft on the forums for all to see.  Think of the humiliation of being the "top pick".  Then again, wouldn't you rather be a first round pick, then a second round pick?   Also, who will have the "honor" of being picked last, and ending up in the division with the #1 ranked owner from round 1.

What kind of draft strategies will the "captains" use?  Will they just go by round 1 standings, or maybe look at an owner's previous low-cap results. 

This should be fun.

I don't think the 'captains' order is confirmed yet. I have a game 7 in the 80M league in 2 hours, and if I lose that, discodemo wins Round 1 and gets to be the NL East captain, I think.

Well, I lost my WS game 7 so I'm not in the top 6... which also is a big relief!

FYI - I had the lowest 70M win total of any round 2 participants.  Clearly, I should be the top pick of the draft.

well three of the captains, myself included, didn't do to well in the 70m league so maybe we shouldn't be picking last. any non-captain want to make a trade

Although the captains have 75 fewer players to choose from , they do have one advantage... they can see the other three league-mates' rosters and draft accordingly.  So which is the bigger advantage?  Drafting first, or drafting fourth with full knowledge of your opponents' rosters?

I'll give my thoughts on this after the three ahead of me draft their team not to give away strategy but I would take my chances and draft first. Also I'm not buying anything you are trying to sell with those 75 wins. It seems like I have had a team sitting in a 60m toc for years now, I think we are finally up to 13 teams, and I see a few round 2 owners in there some with 2 teams. I'll be doing my best to make sure they are not in my division.
