For all intents and purposes, attendance was steady from last year.
Of course, ballpark attendance is only one measure of the sport's popularity. TV ratings mean a heck of a lot, too.
But the bottom line is that individual NFL games kill MLB, but overall baseball is still pretty strong, and solidly #2 nationwide.
