Any thoughts on where he ends up? Suffered a significant injury last year which hindered his development

Better-than-average starting LF, about .300/.380/.460 with 5-10 (+) plays a season.  Glove won't allow playing at 2B.  Good leadoff hitter, but the 98 SPD/55 BR is a bad combination, since he'll lead the league in CS if you set your team to run aggressively.  Not an all star but probably worth keeping until he hits his decline phase.

Where do you think his ratings end up? Given the missed development due to injury- can we still due the rule of thumb that it's first year development x 2.5? Or do we have to adjust it

I guesstimated that he would make up most but not all of the lost development.  I also capped his contact at a total of 30 improvement, less than 2.5 X 13.
