Need 1 for 1966 Career Progressive League Topic

We need 1 owner for a Diamond Legends or Career Progressive League which started in 1961 and will soon be advancing to the 1966 (it's 6th) season. This is the first opening in the league since season 2.

In the Diamond Legends (or Career) WIS leagues, players use their average career statistics. In this specific league, that will mean using their average career statistics in a progressive from their first year of eligibility starting in 1961 through their last year of WIS eligibility. In this league, Don Sutton (whose rookie season of WIS eligibility was 1966) will be eligible every season from 1966-1988-no IR seasons !!

The league has 16 teams, Alternate WIS format E (4 teams make playoffs) No DH,No WW, No AAA, No injuries. Salary Cap $80 million. Owners must use the actual ballpark used by their franchise in 1966.

Annual drafts will be in inverse order of finish except that for the first round only there will be a random weighted lottery among the 4 teams with the worst record (4 chances for the team with the worst record, 3 chance for 2nd worst etc.). The tiebreaker will be run differential (runs scored less runs allowed) with the team with the worst run differential drafting higher.

The team available is the Pittsburgh Pirates who are in the NL East and currently have a record of 80-80 11 games behind the Division leader. The Pirates will likely draft 9th or 10th in the 16 team league

Note-due to IP shortages the first couple of seasons, every team was allowed to draft one 1941 pitcher for the inaugural season of 1961. These pitchers retire at the earlier of their actual year of retirement or 1949.

In the case of the Pirates, the pitcher drafted was Early Wynn, who will retire after 4 more seasons (1949)
