owner can choose from tigers, indians, royals, or rays

Using three season range (1998-2000) build a franchise team with $80mil. Must use a stadium team played in during that three seasons. Yes to DH. No to clones, aaa, trades, ww. ***No 200k exceptions. all players must be from your franchise 3 yr span***

we started in 1977...whoever chooses this squad has dibs on franchise until 2014!

we play in three season installments
