I have made one slight change to the rules. I have changed the AAA to "Below Average".

At average and at this cap, the AAA were already next to worthless. Why the further degradation? Might as well just axe them altogether.
I was thinking of getting rid of AAA altogether as well but decided to keep it for now.
AAA is pretty important to the dead ball era teams because there were fewer pitcher options to draw from in player pool. Having average AAA players available helps to counter balance that major void in their player pool. I'd respectfully suggest keeping AAA at 'average'.
Since Season XXXIII when AAA was swithched from WAA to Average, the Dead Ball Era has won the WS 6 times. The runner up has been from the Dead Ball Era 4 times. I think by lowering the level to Below Average this will even the playing field for all eras.
