UCF sports an A- prestige, made the 2nd round NT, and is in great shape for a deep NT run. ECU and Rice are rebuilds in the sense they might not see postseason immediately, but with out postseason cash, recruiting should be a breeze. ECU has 6 scholarships so max money. Rice has 3 scholarships and will recruit against the Big 12, who is the weakest BCS conf so Rice has a huge competitive advantage.

We again have more Post-Season cash than any conference. 10 straight seasons of being #1 I believe.
