Killer squad! BUT...don't think there is any way to get it in at 100 million. 120 million may be tight with something akin to enough IPs. Should I just be reassigned (Foxx alone is 12 million for '32 as a FYI I think). I'd be happy to have an exemption to the cap though!

I still get under 1300 completely useless IP. And I would be subbing out far from my worst/cheapest OF to get who - a useless pitcher? Does not seem right to me.

You can use combined '32 Russell to get 40 more innings.
I cannot raise the cap. It is a hard $100 mil.
I know your pitching will be rough but the team ERA and IP are acceptable considering your offense.
I am making a commish exception for replacing a different OF for the extra pitcher this time, as is my call. I make other exception for other position issues.
You have a great offense with a ton of quality OF AB, so I don't think losing one of your OF studs to get some innings is too bad.

You can make it work in this league. You have had two first place teams in 3 seasons so you have had some good rosters in the past.
Take a look at the crappy rosters I have given myself. I am envious.

may I replace Jim Morrison 74 plate appearances with a bench player
Sorry but I have to say no.

Since HoJo has over 600 PA at 3B, you already have enough 3B PA.
Morrison's ATL PA are actually 107, but you can use the combined stats of 179 PA.

My understanding from previous versions was if you can not build a team under the cap using the rules of the league, you were given another line-up. It is your call, but I am not entering a team  weakened to fit under the cap because of a 'commish exception', Has nothing to do with crappy teams, as I said in my PM to you I did not gripe at all when I got stuck with the craptastic DET-CAL combo in season 2...it has to do with making seemingly random exceptions to the rules.
3/1/2014 3:48 PM
Oh give him another team. Don't make any exceptions unless they are mentioned in the rules on page one. Only sub out lowest salary OF and if you don't have enough plate appearances at a position.

HERE IS BURNINGCOUCH's NEW ROSTER. (He could not make a team under the cap without subbing out the wrong outfielders.)
He will need some bug spray because there are two "Skeeters."
