3.0 is going to be a much better game in the long run. Granted it can take some time to set-up, but after that only minor tweaks are needed. If coaches are too concerned about the set-up and not the game play I think they are missing the point of moving from 2.0 to 3.0. Being able to notice effects in the game as you make changes to your depth chart, or play calling, and that your better players perform the best is what the update is after. I don't put much time into my 3.0 team after it is set up, but it is great to be able to tinker with it when I have time. Some of my 2.0 teams I haven't changed a thing in 2 years (or since the last update) because player match-ups and gameplanning don't mean very much.
Bring on 3.0!
