Manning and Peterson have both had amazing seasons but I have to give a slight nod to Manning.

His age + Taking a whole year off + 3 surgeries + new team = Same ole same ole for Peyton.

Adrian Peterson hands down. 199 yards today and comes up 8 yards short of the All Time single season NFL rushing record.

Way to go All Day AP!!!!!

Manning scmanning who gives a ****

Oh and AP only came off a major knee surgery just last December.

+1 even though i would be fine with brady winning :)

Only one knee surgery?  How could that even compare to 4 neck surgeries?

If the Vikings didn't make the playoffs, I don't think there would even be a question.  But  seeing how they did, it is much more of a debate.

w/o Peterson Vikings are a train wreck. Minus him you have a 3 or 4 win team, not even a playoff thought.

No one in the league works harder than Adrian.

Peterson obviously meant more to his team than manning did. He is all that team really has offensively and they were bad last season. Denver won with Tebow at qb and manning made them a little better. Peterson without a doubt and I'm a huge manning fan. I like Peterson to though to be fair about it.

Denver w/o Manning and another FA from last year(Alex Smith, Matt Flynn, Chad Henne) or keeping Tebow= 7 or 8 wins

Minnesota w/o Peterson and Gerhardt= first pick in next years draft

If Peterson and its not even close.

Its not unprecedented to have co-MVPs.  In 1997, Barry Sanders had over 2000 yards rushing, led his team to a playoff spot clinched in the final week, and had to share the MVP with Brett Favre

Russell Wilson...because I'm a homer.

Rookie of the year.  Againt Andrew Luck of course.  That should be a good race as well.

It's Aaron Rodgers and it's not even close.  To make the plays he makes, behind that worthless offensive line, with that horrid running game...there should be no doubt.

4000+ yds, 38 TDs, 8 INT.

A good case indeed.
