Is it okay to look at girls on the beach that may or may not be over 16?
8/5/2010 9:05 AM
Of course.  But no staring or talking to them unless they are certified over 17 (given that you are over 30).

Is it ok to wake up an internet friend (with calls and texts) just so that he can entertain you while you are bored at work?
What if you know that he was awake after 4am?

Poor nuge.

ugh. AA lost to 810. Pot capped on the flop. 3 players. Nothing scary, until the board showed 2 pairs 101055x. The third player had JJ. I was betting all the way, Need to make a run to get back to my 25 buy in. May do the knockout tourney again.

Decided to try a set of 4 of the $3.25 45man turbos last night, since I'm running so well at the $1.10 variety.  Ran really well and got a 1st, a 3rd, and a 6th to end up like $56 up for a very short session.  Bankroll now up to $158.  Will make those my regular game, along with some $2.20 180 turbos when I have time, at least as long as I stay rolled in triple digits.

DRUNK POKER TIME.  Playing the $1.10 turbo rebuy 7k guaranteed AND as a special drunken treat, the 27.50 turbo 20k guaranteed.  Luckily, I tripled up early in that mistake by turning a boat with 33, so hopefully I can at least cash.

Rebuy tourney while drunk... that's potentially a bigger bankroll killer than the 27.50.
8/21/2010 12:02 AM
Heh, I late regged.  Would be hard to blow more than like $9.  Have since regged for a $2.25 rebuy sat to the Sunday million and a $3.25 45 turbo.

Blank blank blank blank....

$158---->>>>>$94

This is why I need a breathalyzer attached to my computer.

Although I didn't play that bad.  Got 20  bbs in ahead in the $27.50 and got called off and busted like 50 people short of the money.  Finished 9th of 57th in the Million sat when I needed 3rd, stone bubbled the 45 man, went pretty deep in the $1.10 rebuy.

the 2 guys that stayed in had KJ for straights. I had been playing multiple tables at .50/100 most of the week and just treading water. I'll probably go back to those games now and some single table sngs. I'll play some of the tourneys this weekend when I can commit a few hours straight if needed. Now I have $265 in pstars from my latest $15 buy in (was down to $4.75ish when I finished 2nd in the 180 player tourney).

Awesome.  General consensus would be that you should have a poker roll of like $60,000 to grind 3/6.

I had crashed and burned down to like $36, then got 2nd last night in a 2/180.  Up to $98 now, taking tonight off since the wife leaves to visit her folks tomorrow.
