Hey folks, I asked Al Black if I could borrow his Dynasty ranking method for Rupp D3.  He was pleased to share the information... To qualify for the list a team needs to make the NT or PT four out of the last five seasons.  With his permission, I have slightly modified the calculations (point value for seasons that a team doesn't make the NT or PT are scored slightly differently in Al's method). 

If I have missed your school, please let me know.  I think I got them all.

This list is why I came back to this world. It's shameful that the premier program in all of D3, Hardin-Simmons, has fallen off the big boy list. The Cowboys are going to take back their rightful place.

Rupp is world 3 by the way....

Unless I'm missing someone, it looks like J&W is probably #1 on the strength of this season.

It's also worth pointing out that the GNE is now at B+ conference prestige, which only the SEC can top in Rupp.  That's right, the lowly D3 GNE has a higher conf prestige than the ACC, among others.

brian, are you planning to update this every season or just every so often?
