I'm in.  However, I have a suggestion about draft order.  While taking the pre-1960 teams out of the mix reduces the advantage of high draft position, I don't think it eliminates it.  Therefore, I think a modified snake order--1-24, 24-1, 24-1, 1-24--would be more fair.
