Season 73 will see DH universal for both leagues as long as I am capable of making that change at our discretion. I haven't been tracking implementation policy yet...

For some reason, I remember it as the 8th a.m. cycle, so yes 21 games... but I've always allowed a 1-game buffer. Think it's actually 20.
